Consequences

Blinky et al,

Again, all great points, I concur.

The problem is what to do when, let’s get hypothetical here and say it is an "industry leader" who is doing work inside the ring without proper PPE, after receiving a verbal reminder?

In my opinion, the head judge should ask the "industry leader" to leave the ring unless they comply with the same standard as everyone else.

And you were right to use quotes because, that would not be a leader... boss maybe, genius maybe, but not a leader. It's OK to eject such a person because you don't want them back anyway.

I just can't imagine anyone willfully refusing a friendly warning. I can't imagine a judge with such poor judgment. I guess it happens.

i say lets go military........ 10 push ups for the first offence, 50 for the second, and two fast laps around the park while getting a severe tongue lashing by blinky and ez for the third; after that tell them to go be a spectator. :-)
