CMC 72 arbor pro issue?

Edi, your profile says you are located in Lisle. Is that Lisle, Illinois? If so, Wellbuilt Equipment is a CMC dealer in Crete. I do not jump up and down about another company too often, but the service here is exceptional. We have had our 83hd for three years now and Wellbuilt has been an ace in the hand for us. Junior is the name of the gentleman that you will want to talk to if you have another issue.
Yes that is my service dealer those were the guys who came couple weeks ago and diagnosed my 72HD. My complaint is not with the dealer those guys are great and willing to assist unfortunately they are too busy. But all access customer care is really bad.

That’s terrible, you have all your money wrapped up in an almost brand new machine and they can’t even help you out in one way or another. Hopefully once they get you back up you Won’t have many more issues.

Correct me if I’m wrong but it sounded like it’s a manufacturer’s issue the hasn’t been solved?

If so how can All Access fix the problem?

And if so all 72 have the same issue and a new 72 wouldn’t correct

I would only hope CMC will come up with a fix SOON

Yeah that’s what I meant, nothing like having a brand new loft that you can’t use. Did you end up buying a lift or what’d you get?

We did end up with a All Access 83

I’ve talked to upequip platform basket and all access for the last 3 years at the TCIA shows and called every company I’ve seen on the job using them(I do a lot of traveling around the country)

And of course reading everything on treebuzz

I like that you can use the all access on a truck with out unloading
All access is the only manufacturer to uplift a truck to their lift
Satellite communication between machine and all access
Kubota engine vs hatz engine
Wired remotes vs cordless
Construction of machine
Home features-

Lift will unfold and put bucket on the ground for operator with out climbing on top of truck automatically (1button)

automatic leveling

didn’t like that upequip is in Canada
(All 4 manufactures not in the USA) but 3 of them have distributors in the states

all access made me feel the most comfortable in Pittsburgh after the show was over Lenny met us in a parking lot downtown and let my whole crew fly a 83hd

my #1 ground foremanwent up the first time for him and went all the way up and out and felt very comfortable

very very smooth machine felt more stable than our bucket truck simply amazing

Not trying to dog any other manufacturers they are all nice machines but I believe the all access fits our company the best

All Access is the dealer the lift is a CMC or did I miss something?
Yes but I don’t know if all access Does modifications to them or does cmc change anything (I’m sure to pass all the OSHA - ANSI laws or codes)
But cmc lifts are sticker up different and different moldel plus I believe they don’t offer arborists package

But I believe upequip is the same I read somewhere that their booms were made in Italy
Tracked lifts I think same thing
Where omni and Tuepen carry their name over

since you own one and I don’t I’m sure you know more about it than me

My lift is a 72hd Arb Pro model. I'm not exactly sure what that entails but it works for tree work and I'm not really sure what they would improve on. Maybe faster hydros, but it's smoothness is in lack of speed. Learning that the switches are rheostats so the hydros ramp up and down smoothly without causing a whip in the boom. I call the sway rolling ocean not wash board.

I’m not sure but I think cylinder protection on outriggers ,covers on controls, cover at ends of booms, sliding outrigger pads,

Maybe much more

maybe none above

but I will ask
