climber tips

Anyone have any tips or suggestions for finding a climber. I cannot continue to run my business and climb trees. Things are getting too busy.
Training any of my current ground crew is not an option. I would be willing to train a new guy but someone decent seems to be as hard to find as someone who already knows how to climb.
