Chipper/Dump Box Combo Trailer

If anyone is interested in a 6" chipper/chip box combo trailer, let me know. It will be shipping it from TN to SD next week. I could drop it about anywhere between TN and SD for a nominal fee.

Not a real common item so not sure what it's really worth. I'm willing to deal so call and make me an offer if interested. Would consider trades.

24hp gas motor. 6" chipper capacity. 8' dump box. paint is very good yet. lightweight so could pull behind heavy 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton pickup. Perfect for small removal and prune jobs where a big chipper isn't needed or practical. Also eliminates the need for a chip truck.

Location in TN? Nice looking unit, trying to determine manufacturer of the chipper unit. Hours on engine? How much are you thinking?

I'll take $7500 plus actual delivery cost. It's about 60 miles NE of Memphis. It's made by AirCut - both chipper and trailer. kohler gas engine. as you can see, not much use as original paint still looks nice. Not sure of hours but working on getting that info for you.

fyi - guy I bought it from said it runs great but don't expect it to be a chipping monster. Best suited for small prune jobs like fruit trees, shrubs, small ornamentals. Won't crush or break wide crotches like a bigger chipper.

I think it would be great for dormant season pruning when the big equipment is in hybernation and too costly or too much work to fire up and use, whereas, with this thing you could just pull it behind any company pickup or even a suburban and go to work.

If someone's on a budget and just getting started, it would be an inexpensive way to start up with just the pickup you have. could use the dump box to haul logs, dirt, leaves, mini skid steer, mower, you name it. handy dump trailer with a chipper built in...

Going to need some more info on the mfg. Can't find anything online other than your post on another site for this machine and an online estate auction from 2009 which may have been the same machine. I like the concept, and Bandit made a similiar product in the '90's. Just need some more info.

don't think Air cut is still in business. I can't find much info either. Was manufactured in 1993 but as you can see it hasn't had much use. All paint is original.

Shouldn't be much maintenance to the chipper other than the kohler engine and knives. I'm guessing the knives will cross with bandit.

call me and I'll tell you what I know. I'm negotiable... scott 605-228-9350.

Cool unit. the problem I can see is that you cant back it right up to the brush pile, you have to pull up to it broadside? that could mean a lot of extra dragging.
