Good picture, no surprise. Made "from china." Unfortunately people want to plant bradford pears too and don't realize or care they are only a 10-15 year tree at best.
 
They might be doable if trained from youth but they're much like zelkova in that regard. Zelkova at least waits 50 years or so to fail

We have a lot of Chinese elms here in Florida. They seem to have health issues before they have structural issues, and are usually a nice tree, excepting the fact that they seem invasive.
