Cell phone bills

I'm curious as to what others are spending on cell phone bills. I always feel like i'm paying way too much for what i get.

I have a blackberry and pay on average $200/mnth for 3000 minutes, unlimited email and 500 MB of data.

I'm in a small canadian market and there are only two carriers so my choices are limited.

I have three other phones for foremen each averaging $50/month.

I'd really feel better about spending $400 per month if everyone else is paying stupid amounts too.

This brings up another question: should you supply phones for staff or pay them to use their own?

Canada sucks for phone plans as compared to the U.S. I average about 100.00 a month but don't have a smart phone. I have 1 staff member that I pay for the use of there phone. This works out well since the winters are slow and it's nice not to have the extra bills. I leave it in there hands as to what they want for payment. Usually works out to be 40.00/month for the regular season.

I know if you head into your provider and nicely complain you can usually get a better deal. They have competitors just like us.

I just switched to Verizon. I pay for my wife & I and 2 employees (4 phones in all). All have a data plan and we have 1400 shared minutes. They say that as long as I don't go over our limits, I should be paying $270/mo.

January will be my first normal bill. I had to pay quite a bit for the set up fees...

But, we (except for) one employee have new Droid X phones. They are awesome! I've captured some nice HD video off these babies.

220$ bucks per month for 3 iPhone fours. Unlimited data, texts, 1400 minutes.

Gotta love roll over minutes!

Also have the iPad for an additional 30$ per month. Unlimited data

Swagger. Free of charge. Born with it

Wife has an iPhone, I have a Rugby (no infrawebs on mine). We pay about $185 a month for 1500 minutes and unlimited text & web (hers). We never go over on the minutes because of the rollover.
