Can anyone tell me what kind of tree this is?

Here are two pictures of this type of evergreen taken in the Bahamas. It looked first like the Monkey PUzzle tree, but after researching more, I figured thats not what it is, and they dont grow in the Bahamas. Its pretty neat looking. PLEASE HELP ME NAME THIS TREE!
Thanks Everybody [image]

Thanks Surfarmer1! I think i may have identified it. I searched Norfolk and found a web page that compared that to a Cook Island Pine. It may be a Cook Island Pine by the looks of it. Still researching though.
Thanks again Surfarmer1 ô¿ô
Keep the Suggestions Going. Maybe there are some other thoughts.

If it's Norfolk Island Pine, it would have a very distinct form. Single trunk with very distinct levels of whorled laterals. Common in South Florida and the tropics.

Besides overall structural form there are other distinct structural characteristics such as branch attachment points for ID clues that I find really helpful:

Norfolk Island Pine = branch growth is straight or upwardly-oriented at attachment to trunk.
Cook Island Pine = downward oriented branch attachments.

The other good ID clue is the trunk bark of Araucarias:

Norfolk Island Pine = smooth-ish, slight flaking
Cook Island Pine = larger flaky rolls on bark

Photo looks more like downward branch attachments and large flaky-roll bark =
Cook Island Pine (Araucaria columnaris).
