Business owners - federal requirement to file BOI

I find it quite odd that if it weren’t for
online forums or Facebook, I would have been completely oblivious to this… wouldn’t the overlords already have all the information they needed anyway?

That's why I originally posted here. The ONLY thing I've seen about it came from OnPay (my payroll software). I don't know that I've seen it anywhere else...even last year's tax software shoulda had something. If it wasn't there I'd have never known...and I wouldn't have been using that software if the old one didn't go out, so I would never have known. Figure there's others in that same boat.

I gave up paying attention to this. If they need my information they are welcome to politely ask. Otherwise I'm not riding their yo-yo
