Business grossing over $500K, for price of gear

Hey y'all,

this is it. The official farewell.

So here's the deal, for the past two years I've worked on building my tree service and getting a wonderful reputation down here in Atlanta GA.

You can check out my reviews here:

http://www.kudzu.com/merchant/reviews/1223596.html

So, I'm ready to bow out of the business and I'm basically selling my company for the price of what I owe on the notes that I have. The total that I owe for all this equipment is $101K.

So you will get a phenomenal reputation, with calls that will continue to come in for years to come all for the price of something that you would have to buy anyway if you are getting into the business. It's a super sweet deal.

I just have another business that I'm starting in this tree service is more of an afterthought at this point.

if anybody sees any of this equipment and would like to make an offer, please feel free to do so because it's for sale as well.

The gear for sale is:

2004 Ford F250 diesel, extended cab, 50,000 miles, 4x4, very nice running truck. It was originally a "work truck" so does not have the power features. however, I could not take the bench seat so I added the Lariot leather power seats to it.

2004 Bobcat T300 1100- 1200 hrs- the machine runs really well. It burns a little bit of oil.

2000 (not sure of the year) Thomas 25G Mini skidsteer less than a hundred hours. This machine was a demo unit out in California for two or three years. When Thomas went under, another guy in Michigan picked it up and it sat in his garage for three years. Then I got it. I've only used a little bit because I got my full skid steer soon after.

Here is a video of it running: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LCvfXsM5CfI

2006 mini grapple for the Thomas 25G Mini skidsteer
this of course is a grapple that you see in the video.

2001 international DT 466 50,000 miles. This truck has a funny story. I am both the original owner, and the third owner. I originally bought this truck back in 2001. I sold it to another tree service, then later on I bought it back from him. So the truck has had both two and three owners!! (go figure).
Anyway the truck runs awesome. Very powerful, no issue dumping. and no issue polling a full load with the big chipper behind it.

It certainly is.

the funny thing is that probably no one will step up and do it.

I will probably piece meal off all of it one at a time.

then I will still be left with the business!!

Ohh well.

Either way is fine with me.
