Yes I agree, Certainly not alot of new equiptment to depreciate or section 179 to offset that profit. Grossing 500K with one truck and one chipper is getting it done. They must work 12 hrs. a day.

They work more than 12 hour days. I've grown up in amish country, its nothing for them to put 60-80 hours in a week. I know my buddy went out on a crew to ohio to build a hog farm they put over 90 hours in that week. Nuts

Im sure during the busy season and during storms we average about 70 hours a week.I love em in the summer it cools down a little after 7 so you get a second wind.My guys love overtime and I like to work period.I have to try to cut back some so we dont neglect our families.But I guess we get plenty of time to make up for it Dec thru Feb
