Bull Dog and safety compliance.

We have just gotten a bulldog for my climber and myself to start using. Any concerns with an employee using and the device not being certified/compliant? Wondering if there were an accident involving this and an employee if I would be liable for using it? Thanks, Chad

I think you're liable no matter what since you bought it as the company. That is probably a question you should ask your insurance company though, the last thing you want is them denying any claim that concerns any not rated gear. In fact that question should probably be asked by everyone to the liability carriers. I climb with them also by the way, you will love them.

Glad somebody is asking this question. Dearly wish that the production, official rating + testing on this product goes from strength to strength. I love this product. It's Gordon's baby though. I have no idea how difficult it is to bring a product to market.
