Brush Bandit model 100 problem?

I have a brush bandit model 100 with the ford 300 in-line 6 engine on it. I bought it over a year ago and ran fine. Then this year when out on the job I start it up and it runs good until it warms up and then it seems like it dies down to idle.
I put new plugs, wires, fuel pump, fuel filter, new gas line, cap and rotor, and solanoid on it. Also carb kit. Still runs the same... Some are telling me it's the governor spring maybe, but not sure what to do? Any idea's or info would help?

Does it sound starved for fuel?
Your tank may have debris that accumulates around the pick up under high flow, but after driving around it re deisperses in the tank allowing a start up and full throttle for a bit till the debris recloggs the pick up.
Our tank was loaded with rust/scale. Get a look at the inside of the tank with a good light.
