Blue tooth helmet mic????

If this sort of mic works on the road with wind noise and loud pipes I wonder how it would work for arbos?

Has anyone tried using Blue Tooth mics?

Looks good but I suspect sweat may kill them pretty quick? Saw it was labeld water resistant but....

Tom, Sylvia and I have been using the Sena SPH10 now for about a year. We use them every day in all kinds of weather. They work very well and I believe that this type of communication is a must have for tree work.

Though the ones we use have handled the saw dust, sweat and weather with no problem they are not designed for our rough and tumble environment so can break if care is not used. Still though, a great product for a reasonable price.

I use the Peltors when working with a fellow Arborist and they are great, but I really like the compact design and more affordable communications set up with these motorcycle mics..

Really thinking about going this way over peltors. It appears the compacts are not for sale yet? hmmm

Ive been using the SMH10s for about 6 months and love them. I mounted the reciever on the back of my Kask helmet and put the earphones in my muffs. They are awesome for tree work and SO affordable.....
