Best place for a garbage can holder on a chipper?

Yep. And I've been hit by a full sheet of plywood at 60mph as well. Was on the freeway and saw it lift up out of someone's trailer totally unsecured, it flew up like 50' in the air, I mashed the gas to try and get under it but it suddenly dove straight down and hit my passenger side rear door, blowing glass all over the interior and smashing the door in. Amazingly a DOT truck was right behind and saw the whole thing. Never did find out what happened to that negligent driver, though I did get and send to the State Patrol photos of his unsecured load and him tying it down after the fact. He didn't even know it happened, I had to chase him down through freeway traffic and get him to pull over.

Secure your damn loads, people.
I’ll add a note to this one about removing the snow and ice from your roof too. Twice I’ve been in accidents where a piece of ice came through a windshield.

First time, on the school bus when I was about 10, the ice came off a semi trailer, and came through the windshield. Ice and glass from front to back of the bus, the whole bus load went to the hospital. Everyone survived, but a few were banged up a bit.

Second time, I was with my grandparents on the way to the hospital to visit my little brother while he was in for cancer treatments. Saw the ice come off the suv in front of us, and like you said, thought we would make it under it. We didn’t. It came right through the windshield on edge, hit me on the left shoulder, and landed in the back seat right next to my grandmother. Amazingly no one was seriously injured or killed in that one, had that piece been a few inches right, I may well have been dead.
