This position reports to the Director of Operations and has shared responsibility for managing the horticulture operation & staff; overseeing our internship programs; and coordinating the plant health care program for one of the finest and most significant collections of woody plants in North America. These collections serve as the cornerstone of the Arnold Arboretum’s mission to discover and disseminate knowledge of the plant kingdom. We seek a proven leader to join our team and work collaboratively with us to ensure continued success.
