Arborist/CTW relocating to Nevada County, CA

Hello all,

First post here!

I'm a certified Arborist and Certified Tree Worker - Climber Specialist with five years experience in residential and commercial tree work - structure pruning, restoration, removals and rigging, shrubs and a little bit of fruit tree work, three summers before that with the USFS in fire suppression - chainsaw time, training and fuels management.

I relocated to the Sierra Foothills for Love and I'm looking for some work. It can be part-time, contract or referral based. I've got an llc and carry liability insurance. I'm good at big trees, better at fiddly ornamentals - I'm the guy with the patience who gets stuck bonsai pruning that ugly Fitzer Juniper or thinning sprouts out of crabapples.

Not the fastest climber out there, but I am one of the more meticulous. I don't cut corners and I take pride in the results of my work.

Very nice Charlie, thanks for the post, got your PM, looking forward to meeting with you. I'm sure work wont be hard to come by after the new year.

You came to a great place for tree work, and have a lot to bring to the table, very impressive. We have been looking for someone of your experience level to work with, so I'll be in touch for a couple of projects we have in January.

Some more rain, wind, or even snow would be nice if this storm ever picks up... knock some trees over!

I'm sure things will work out for you just fine. Are you planning to stay in the area for a while?
