And now, the Official Accu-Arbor Weather Forecast for the 2010 CAA TCC:
Climbers will be greeted on Saturday morning promptly at 6:49 AM by a bright and cheery sun. The air will be crisp, and wisps of Wisteria blooms will playfully tickle the noses of those who adore the sweet, grape-like aroma of the strangling vine. For others, the shockingly blue Carolina sky will make them question why they never considered living in such a beautiful locale....
As Saturday progresses, temperatures will steadily rise into the high 70s, and even break into the 80s with a light breeze to dry the moistened brow of many a climber.
Saturday evening will treat the attendees of this event with light jacket weather for the Oyster roast at Heartwood's yard. Stars will be out, but the giant burning logs should drown out the light from our celestial neighbors.
On Sunday morning, a curious fog will be seen early on the lake surrounding Masters Challenge Island - a fog that will burn off quickly by 8 AM, clearly showing the majesty of what is the most perfect Masters Challenge venue known to mankind. The crowd spectating will surely want to bring some sunscreen and a nice blanket to spread out on the grassy knoll across the lake from the island.
Who cares about Monday. All I know is that this is some of the best weather the CAA TCC has ever seen, and it's only fitting seeing as this is going to be the best CAA TCC anybody has ever seen.
Just wait till you see the shirts.
