Appointment Reminder Software

Hi All,

I'm new to this site and must say I appreciate all the posts. I'm the wife who stays in the office and takes care of the admin. duties. I'm currently trying to find some software that automatically sends out appointment reminders and thank you emails was wondering if any of you have suggestions?

Check out gmail and google calenders. Lots of stuff you can due in with the google tools. Fairly easy stuff. Intergrating all the new computer tools there is something I really struggle with.

I love goggle calendars and use it extensively. It seems that lately I've been scheduling work pretty far out and I hadn't been able to keep track of who I should call for a reminder or not. Alas, after many hours on the computer today I found a software program that I think will do a great job: http://www.apptoto.com. I'm just figuring it out and trying to personalize it but it seems like it fits our needs for right now. What is perfect for us is that it works directly with goggle calendars which was what I needed.

Just got a note II and building google maps into it. So far I like it. Time will tell. That program looks great though. Will look to incorporate it.
