Looking to pickup a chipper and not sure what model/brand this is. Any ideas out there?

Looks very close to a Bandit design. 1690 or (1290?). 1690 was 16 inches wide feeding.

Bandit welded serial numbers on the frame rails in front of the engine I believe.
