We are a small 2-crew company in Springfield MO, with a great market and a current 7-week backlog of work, with the phone ringing off the hook. I'm a BCMA, and a CTSP, and 6-time Midwestern ISA Champ, My crewleaders are both ISA Certified Arborists, one is a CTSP, and the other is the current Midwestern ISA Champ. This sounds like a bunch of brag, but what I'm trying to say is that we value education, credentials, and safety. I have taken my whole crew to Charlotte TCC several years in a row, and we are a very tight-knit group who works hard and plays hard. My company is not a good fit for power-trippers, druggies, drunks, hotheads, grumps, or nasty personalities in general.
We could really use a solid climber to work with the crews, and perhaps run a crew on occasions. Certified Arborist is great, or at least someone with a desire to become certified.
