A Guide For Tree-Stability Analysis

I just got this from a friend in Belgum, very interesting stuff!!

this is the e mail:-

Dear colleague,

I have the honour to present you my new book, “A Guide For Tree-Stability Analysis. Second and expanded edition”.

In this book I propose a new visual method for the stability-assessment of trees.

This manual will help to clarify some of the controversial discussions on the different t/R ratios of C. Mattheck and L. Wessolly.

The Spanish version “Manual para el Análisis de Estabilidad de Arbolado Mediterráneo” will be presented now in October, in the 5’th Congress of the Spanish Association of Arboriculture, in Barcelona.

Please feel free to share this with other interested tree-professionals!

Friendly greetings,

Peter Sterken

Peter is a friend of mine and used to be a student of Wessolly and has taken the best of his and Mattheck's theory and come up with a very interesting concept.... worth checking out!!
