The best cleaner (SA8) I've use for ropes and work clothes that does a bang up job removing sap, pitch and grease is a private label product that I believe is availalable in the UK and Europe as well as North America.
If you want to give it a try PM Me for details on how to get it.
The other product, Pine Sol, is simply a Pine Oil Cleaner. I would imagine that you have something similar where you live. I use this product as a supplement to the SA8 when dealing with especially when my gear is crusted over with pitch.
