Dan is crazy, but it caught up with him. he had an accident where his rope broke on a big jump. to say the least, it did not end well for him.

The rope was cut...it did not break.

they were using a retieval system which incude a pulley on the jump line. The fatal fall happened when Dan jumped over the opposite side of the rope causing the pulley to slam into a knot where the ropes were tied together....instant chop
