Love my OG RR's, that's a great price.

The great thing about the OG RR is that (as I've mentioned at least a dozen times) with the bird bollard adjusted all the way down, is excellent as a "straight through" path multicender on a 10mm Hook line.

my coworkers and I have been speculating that since Notch bought the rights to the Rope Runner name and started making the RR Pro, they have discontinued the production of the old one. There are very few original RRs available from online retailers, and some of the listings are even titled "Notch Singing Tree Rope Runner," which may be a typo or may be a clue that Notch is fully in charge of all RR production.

I’m not too concerned about getting another STRR, but I’d like all the parts to rebuild mine, including the friction plate. I got extra Slics, but that’s it.

Should probably try to hunt that stuff down now.

Thanks for the update Kevin. Had me scared there. Any more talk about a baby bump friction plate for the RRP? I had asked you about this early on in the RRP introduction.
