That would be crazy!

A 3" New england nylon DB has a tensile strength of 261,000 pounds... Don't know what the heck I would use it for but it would be cool to have!
 
So far we have 23 signed up which leaves 17 spots available. For those who are already signed up, make sure to include your shirt size with the registration form.

We are continuing to acquire TreeBoats, so very soon we will be taking reservations for Hickory Heights Hotel and the Oak Overlook Inn.
 
hey, Rich, I know I just talked to you today, but I thought I'd join in here. As of right now, we are looking at Kristian, Rich F., Brandon S., Brandon T., and myself all coming down on Friday. Also may have Jerel Converse from Iowa riding down with us. If anyone else is near Springfield, MO and wants to jump in, I am planning on renting a 12 or 15-passenger van for the trip. Will take payment in cold beer.

Maybe I should drive to Springfield from Ohio to meet up, and drive in with THAT CREW !!!

Hey rich I pmd you but I just want to make sure that myself and my buddy shawn are properly signed up for this shindig.

As far as shirt sizes go I take a med and he takes a 2xl. You won't have to worry about a tractor, I'm bringing a human crane!

Got you both on the list...and as long as we have a human crane coming maybe I can convince Scotty Olson to send up some of his special heavily used Fly line for some goooood times !!!!

I figured the one to get Scottys boat would be the first person who could finally get that man to partake in downing some raw fish !!!!! Got to make it somewhat challenging !!!!!

I just spoke with Rob Bramblett (removalwizard) and it appears he will be joining us along with two of his guys as well as his ......DYNOMOMETER........We will now be able to see what some our creations can handle strenth wise (not 100% accurate, but a heck of a lot closer than having the human crane breaking it)

I can tell you from experience that breaking the splices is every bit as fun as making them !!!!
 
Human crane doesnt back down from a challenge but he isn't very good at telling you the forces that broke it.

Rich. Do you have a class schedule as far as start times and what days you will be covering what? Myself and the human crane will be leaving at 5am Friday and will be there by 5pm same day. Problem is, we have work Monday so we would have to leave pretty early Sunday to make it home at a reasonable hour. We are however considering the not so reasonable hour plan where we leave at 5pm Sunday, drive straight through the night and make it back in time for work on Monday. Human crane is such a trooper that he volenteered to drive straight through so I can get my beauty sleep and be able to climb that day for work while he drags brush zombie style. He makes me feel so special.
