10 Pounds of you know what

Steve Connally

Been here much more than a while
so the dodge went in for a recall and I got a rental. A convertible. Fun rite? Got it for my kid to ride in home from school. Well did you every try to pack 3 saws and a whole tool box of gear in a nonexistent trunk? It ain't happening! Rolling bare bones tomorrow. Hope I don't need anything I didn't bring! It's throwing my whole tomorrow off and it's still today!!!!! Bad choice. Shoulda gone with the mini van. Then I could drive around wearing my protos.

I had to pack my tuff box in a Chevy sonic two weeks ago when my car was in the shop. Not much else fit, but at least I had the hatchback. I pray you get your truck back quickly.

Ah but I have a silky long boy. It fits in the back seat. I hope I get it back soon too. At least it's not a single cab pick up where all my stuff will get stolen sitting in the bed at a job site !!!

Rolling bare bones tomorrow.
I've been accused like many others of having to much gear.. I decided to show my nay saying help that I can rip trees down efficiently (My ropeman tells me i used to be faster when i did it this way )with only a rigging line he says he Loves it. Ruined a good line doing some heavy natty crotch rigging. After a certain point of redirecting the rigline over a few crotches of a large spread oak removal. He was getting tired of running the lime back up with all the friction "we " had created in the canopy ;) ..lol . I just kept laughing and yelling out thundersling biatch.. After that Tree I think he grabs for the rigging more often and doesn't mind carring my 10 pounds of you know what over to the tree. Have a GREAT DAY!

All I can say is there are enough sub-urban or rural job sites with tight DZ's that another minute of GRCS setup can equate to a day of limbs coming in butt first. Haven't met a ropeman yet that didn't prefer it that way.
