    Hey ya'll, New to the site and arborist work, but excited to learn. I'm working to prune some larger Firs on my property, but I cant seem to get a solid anchor built before attempting to leave the ground. The branches are almost all downwards facing so the rope likes to walk down the branch...

    good salary for a new climber?

    Just got a job offer from a leading tree company for residential tree trimming in ca. My question is what is a good starting wage? When i worked with asplundh in r.o.w i made almost as what they're offering! Any help is appreciated from me and other new climbers!
