New pro Stihl saw
Yah, they are good saws, but the price ($550 here in the US) makes them somewhat unattractive compared to a 261C-M. Some drawbacks are the plastic side cover, single bar nut, and small size bar mount (Picco and .325 only). The 251 has the same power, for $210 less.- Windthrown

One thing about the new 261; it is now out in Germany with the M-tronic autotune. Likely they will be phasing out the non-M model there and here in the US, as they did with the 441 which is only available in M-tronic now. My 026s are all woods ported, so they all pull 20 inch bars no problem...- Windthrown
