    HH2 price increase

Tony , thanks for the offer but Dave has a lot of pride and doesnt even want to take extra money from me let alone strangers. I keep telling him it does neither one of us any good if he cannt keep his business alive so he is begrudgingly taking my help......

    HH2 price increase

Some have been peeved by our sudden price increase, so figured I'd explain our decision. We have maintained a very low price for an extremely durable product as I know first hand how hard the buyers work to earn that money. I have refocused away from Ropetek back to tree work because of certain...

    somewhat sketchy tree

Five points, I love my AT635. It only does 35 mph and takes forever to get there and as soon as you hit a hill you can run faster. Luckily I have a very small work area, I pretty much plan my schedule to group jobs that are close. I leave the crane parked on the street most the time near the...

    somewhat sketchy tree

Rico we chained both sides of the top and applied equal tension so in my mind they could just be 2 seperate picks as long as you can make the cut without getting the saw stuck. I guess a strap would have stopped the butt of the top opening up so much but that didn't concern me

    somewhat sketchy tree

Yup one pic as to not unbalance the split trunk. We were good for 11600 so figured we were good for it. As always I asked Robbie my climber, what's the worst that could happen by relieving all the top weight. I guess logic doesn't play into it when you are right there making the cut He really...

    somewhat sketchy tree

We were really expecting it to be more dramatic with lots of popping and movement but it was kinda anticlimactic . Got the heart going a bit though, big pick for us

    Ropetek Wraptor redesign

As to greasing, I always advise one shot per tank of gas. In reality it is pretty much a sealed unit so its not super important, if you get too much in there you might get a little seepage around the wear ring but no biggie . I personally was always partial to the first gen units, they are...

    Ropetek Wraptor redesign

No adding a seat isn't expensive , what people often neglect is the Wraptor is less than half the cost of any other ascender that is safe to use. I really tried to keep the cost down as I know many tree guys can't afford them but really need them

    Ropetek Wraptor redesign

Ansi considers a person to weigh 310lbs and any life support device is required to have a 10 times safety factor. Many companies will list the MBS of their device which often times will be way over the 3100lbs (Wraptor is 9000lbs range) however many devices will cut the rope long before they...
