You only use the bollard when you dont need any lift, you just lower off the winches bollard just as the directions say for both...

    truly amazing how august was able to go in there with a smile on his face and capture all of this priceless manufacturing knowledge. I wonder how many times he referenced this video while building his factory, hell he probably has some of the same workers in there.

    What's the smallest rope you guys have used in the Harken? I only have 11.7 climb line on hand to test and it doesnt seem to self-tail very well with it. It obviously looks a bit small tho.

    Cordless Drill for GRCS (?)

    Recently received a Harken 44 for an unbelievable price. After a lot of searching I came up on this adapter also on Amazon, $15 and also can accommodate 2 different wrench sizes, that may come in handy. I'm thinking maybe a socket/ratchet may go on one as a nice handle.
