That’s a nice perspective on how you learn. I’m a hands on guy. You can show me a millions times, until I have that piece in my hands working on it, looking at it. No wasn’t really focused around that. Just the fact that if you wanted to jump higher you would need one. Without having to do anything. So what’s your srt set up? If I may ask? And do you ever just run multiple set ups in a tree? Because I’ve been trying to find different ways to move around in the canopy. While being 20ft or further away and getting back to the main tip without a hard swing.- Thatonedude

Nice will have to do that. Just got the fusion last week and been looking for a different knot to use on it since I didn’t like how the VT felt on it the 3 times I tried it. I’ll definitely try one, was looking at the mich to try this weekend.- Thatonedude

The rope unfortunately is a 120ft sasquatch 1 eye. Normally run a 4 wrap VT. Ran through a thimble saver. Haven’t tried to many knots running wise after I found the vt. Only have like 6 or 7 hours tops on any other knot than the VT. Which is a downside on me. Been working on the weekends hard...- Thatonedude

I climb mrs at work and srs when I bring my stuff in to do it and when I get free time on the weekend I do try to climb srs with someone so if I get in a pinch I can ask. But around where I live it’s hard to find people that srs because it’s all line work. No one does pruning or anything to save...- Thatonedude
