    I found Salewa's to have the least amount of heel lift, no wide toe box however, and obviously not chainsaw protective. But they work well for pruning, removals, and ground work IMO.

    I'm sure it could, don't know how much work in modifications that would take however. It comes apart where the handle starts, so adding a new "tongue" could be added. It's not a project I would take on, but if you are handy with metal, I'm sure could be done.
