I have a hickory nut tree that's developed a hollow where a large branch was pruned several years ago. It seems that when it rains hard - water collects in this cavity and then somehow works it's way through the tree and out the trunk several feet below. Should I be concerned?
Do you ever have the occasional customer service experience like this?
