I've had it happen on my 1050 both sides before 1000 hours. It is a common issue with the 800 and 1050. Ditchwitch has an upgrade for it as they are aware of the issue. Jesco offered to do it for free for me, said it was a two day project. I'm 6 months out of warranty. Pretty stoked about the...
Bought this Giant to complement my DW 1050, but just haven't been using it. Don't need two loaders, and am thinking if I am going to have two, I'd rather have something that lifts more than my 1050 can. Either a 1550 or potentially going mini ex. Open to trades for mini excavator. It's a 2017...
My mechanic claims that Bandit cheaped out on the GM setup. Bought motor block from GM and tried to piece together from there from here and there to keep price down. Had lots of problems as a result. The ford came more complete from Ford designed for the chipper. So far as I've been told. Have...

Found it. These are the ones I have. wouldn't take a ditch witch 1050 down these without the kickstands if only using two. Rated for 1500 each. Some type of support for the hinge point takes a lot of the stress off
I also own a pair of the 8' aluminum ramps that branch manager sells. They are rated for 5000 each and are pretty easy to handle. I use those for my flatbed Mitsubishi. Those are only like 8 or 900 bucks which seems like a great price

This is not exactly what I have, but the closest I could find. It could be that they don't make the same type anymore as it has been a few years since I purchased them. Mine are not 12' long as these are, and are only rated for 1500...
Discountramps.com second set up I've had with same ramps. Not spring loaded. I can push all three ramps up by myself. It's much easier with a helper. I do lots of removals so extra chip space and ample toolbox space is worth more for me than being compact. Always give and take
