    I don't use anything but steel biner for rigging. Somethings I just want tO make a really long ass throw and not have to drag some more stuff into the tree. Bag takes a lot less space then a pole. Lol. 8oz isn't much.

    I like to keep a stein 8oz throw weight on my saddle. It clips right onto the biner and gives you good weight to throw your riggin rope out a lot further. Or help you advance your climb line without a bunch of extra crap.

    Im in the market for some spikes. I want something that will take a powerscender. What spikes and pads do you guys think? I'm to heavy for what geckos are rated for. Kind of been eyeballing the new buckalloys with some big buck wraps and the velcro lowers as well? Or the titaniums?

    Yes. Brummel three times and bury the tail. I do a full with a little longer taper.

    I just pull the tail back through itself to make it look good. Looks a lot cleaner then some electrical tape or whatever.

    I'm one of them guys that doesn't usually get cold. Even here in Iowa i usually just wear an underarmor base layer and a carhartt long sleeve t-shirt. If it is brutal cold out I have an old pair of really thick glove that I just put on. Poke a little hole in each one and just make a little loop...
