    thirty feet up in a peppercorn tree, I turned around and there it was hook end over a limb , took it home and gave it the wire brush treatment and viola good as new.

    Thankyou Sgriff, no actual weights for you , the max lift capacity at the start of the job was 2.8 ton / 6172 lb I had the crane out at max boom and was down to 700 kg / 1543.236 lb over the warehouse roof. I maxed out the lift on the trunk sections below the roof of the tilt slab warehouse...

    to be honest I don't know - the crane was max boomed out at the back of the tree say 30 ft from the trunk and other than that I had my hands full :)
