    Sorry you lost your job, that sucks and can be a real shock! I got fired once for not expressing adequately concern to a client when I was sent to a job without the correct equipment to do it. Wasnt even the foreman! It was a real scramble to find the next thing and i was super pissed about it...

    I 1000%agree with nitrile gloves under other gloves- it keeps the *insulated* gloves from getting wet from sweaty hands, so you can actually rotate 2 pairs and keep them warm and dry
