    Yes I am the owner of the tree and there is a new Tiny house right next to this tree. So sad... I can't believe this guy hacked away at this tree like this.

    The cuts in the tree have been there since I owned the property. The new damage is the roots all cut to hell. :( (It was a beautiful oak)

    In attempt to clean and beautify my yard a worker chopped the roots of one side of this oak tree. This is on the down hill side. Can anyone tell me if this tree will recover? Will I have to remove this tree to keep it from falling? There is a structure very close by.
