To be fair, the person heading the TCIA profile here is most likely a content writer doing their best. They're really nice folks over there. Not everyone can be an arborist, and it's nice to have people supporting the industry despite not being arborists.

No idea, above my pay grade. I just offer it. I'm in the same boat, I don't really do consumer debt. But some folks just like payment plans. And they often offer well qualified folks no interest financing. I did my roof that way. It was really convenient and helped with cash flows.

Financing tree care can be difficult because it's unsecured. Your standing as a quality business owner helps tremendously. The couple times we'd switched from one thing to the other we were screened for legitimacy pretty heavily.
