So I’m looking for a pruning head to fit my Jameson yellow poles. I have two 4 ft and one 6ft pole that should make any combination of lengths for what I prune.
I was looking at the Jameson 1.75” pruner with the double pulleys, adapter and rope as the best option to handle mostly oak pruning...

What would you recommend for a book to help diagnose most typical diseases and bugs affecting trees and shrubs. I live in the northeast if that helps narrow it down.
I've been looking at tree pruning opportunities in the commercial sector and what I've seen here in Mass is that a TON of small trees in places like Walmart, Lowes, commercial building parking lots are hugely neglected. Not only that, but they are in real bad shape from snow plows, road salt and...

I was in an old cemetery yesterday and noticed all of the nice old maple and oak trees just wanting to be climbed. My question is are these trees generally safe due to all of the root disturbing activity that goes on? I'm imagining a lot of root damage from all those pesky 6 foot deep holes...

Nice videos, especially the plane rescue. Thought that thing was scrap but it's great that he can reuse it.
