Hey Jeff,
Thank you for expanding on your original response. It definitely reinforces the things we're looking to improve on, and the pilot programs we're going to be experimenting with.
Thanks!

Hey Frank,
Thank you for the suggestion. We actually already offer a membership style service as you describe, called Canopy Club. http://www.sherrilltree.com/Canopy
It's a $49.95 annual fee, and offers discounts, special promotions, reward points, and free UPS ground shipping on any order...
Hey Jeff,
Thank you for the feedback. Shipping is another area we're looking for ways to give our customers more value. I'm forwarding your post to the folks working on that.
Thanks!

Hey Merle,
Thank you for asking. It is true that we have a new CEO. Tripp Wyckoff took the helm in the first week of January this year. He's got over 20 years of experience in the outdoor industry. His introduction letter in our 2015 catalog expands on that, and also mentions our intention to...
Thanks for the replies everyone. I was out Friday and Monday, so getting caught up and looking up answers for everyone. But real quick, regarding the 5/8", I recall it being discussed internally not long ago. Maybe a year or so, but we weren't sure it had enough demand. However, seeing the...
Hey guys,
I just wanted to mention a couple things and address some concerns relating to this discussion of wire-core lanyards. First, we did receive KevinS's petition and are reviewing it. The two wire-core lanyards we sell our Yale's Maxi-Flip and our own swaged wire-core lanyards, so we're...
Hey Tim,
Please check your PM's. I messaged you the other day regarding helping with your order.
The standard process for splicing climbing or rigging lines, is to splice the eye into the end of a manufacturer-cut hank of rope. Nothing is done to the other end to alter how the manufacturer...
If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's made by Buckingham. Looks similar to our bags, but is modeled after our first versions, so don't have any of the improvements we've made over the years.

Not sure the Port-A-Wrap in your pictures is one of ours. The ones we sell are made with stainless steel, and have an end cap and info plate. We haven't sold the aluminum port-a-wrap since 2009, and it was made by Buckingham.
Hey guys,
Just a quick heads up that we just got a large shipment in of ISC's new Compact Rigging Pulley. Judging by how fast we sold out of these at TCIA Expo, I figured some folks have probably been waiting on them to arrive.
If you've not seen these yet, check out the link. They're small...
Treehumper,
The bag material hasn't really changed. It's a tiny bit better than the original bags, but definitely not enough that'd be noticeable or worth making a big deal over. The material itself has never been an issue, and seems to be in the sweet spot between durability and lightness.
