    TreeRex Heads up.

I have metal buckles on my early version sentinel but noticed they went to plastic recently. The only thing I don't like about the sentinel is the stitched seam on the waiste strap will ocassionally get caught in the buckle and is a real PITA to pull out when tightening.

    TreeRex Heads up.

Must be the same buckles on a sentinel...Notch had a safety warning as well.

    Rope runner pro

Saw this on Instagram - 12 RR pros returned because 2 of the springs were not functioning right out of the box.

Anyone with rage issues that can relate to this guy?

He definitely worked at a few of his victims houses. And no...I can't relate. Most of his victims were seniors.

Anyone with rage issues that can relate to this guy?

I had to read 3 other articles to find out why being a "tree trimmer" was relevant - he was targeting elderly clients

Anyone with rage issues that can relate to this guy?

First I've heard of this and I often do work in Oroville, CA. SMH.

I've dropped many devices or pieces of a device redirecting, moving TIP, trying to clean sap off a hitch cord or in the device - HH, RR, etc. Knowing a closed old-school MRS has come in handy a handful of times. But, I'm not going to hammer the OP. I remember the first time I used a foot...

    Klein Helmet

I bought this on a whim as a loaner/ back up for a subcontractor. I was sold on the visor combo for the price point. I have to say it is a nice little helmet with a visor. Fist impression - good venting, simple and functional design, nice padding, and seemingly quality build of rachet and...

Workman's Comp on "as needed Helpers" vs Employees

C would exclude subcontractors from being an employee if they have their own business name , EIN, insurance, etc. A building contractor subs to masons, drywall, cabinets, and so on. We sub to Crane, PHC, or independent climbers who can climb for who they want and when they want. As long as we...

Workman's Comp on "as needed Helpers" vs Employees

If I go over 5 employees in the future, I will do that. We have retirement, complicated PTO, FMA, and other benefits once I hit 5 in CA. If it was simplified somehow, and didn't involve 6 different agencies, I wouldn't complain. Don't get me started on IRS, county, state fine and child...

Workman's Comp on "as needed Helpers" vs Employees

Jeez...that is very pricey and more complicated than CA! I thought we had the red tape down.

Workman's Comp on "as needed Helpers" vs Employees

Hmmm....volunteers? I need to find those skilled volunteers who will do skilled work for free. Actually, if someone was volunteer ing, I'd assume they were high as a kite. Make them fill out the employment paperwork, set up workers comp, figure it into your bid. It will lift all boats. My...
