Never play with ticks. Playing around, or using alcohol or sigarets will make them empty their stomach before release. Use something sharp like your nails scratching over your skin to pull the critter out. No need to turn in circles at all. Don't mess with the chance of getting inflicted with...
Read this. Thoroughly! This explains the discussion why Roundup is toxic and why Monsanto makes us believe it's not.

Why would you want that? To accommodate the sling it is in? Got a point there but than you also would have just one friction point. With a round one you'll have a infinite amount of friction points.

Does that mean that out of every 100 pruning cuts that you make all 100 are perfect? Mine are not. I can't keep up a 100% top notch workmanship. But I...

It hasn't damaged mine, but multiple times a day cutting big wood shouldn't be done with this tophandle pruning saw.
Don't even think about it!
As you said, it works comfortably in 4 inch. You once in a while can bury the 12 inch too but I tested it with a newly developed Husqvarna saw chain. The chain was perfect, but I had to use a 14 inch bar to do so and that combo (14 inch on the 536) is a no go!
