    All the chippers stayed in their work yards, only the lifts came home for the dielectrics. So add a chipper for each, about a dozen or more k booms, 7 cranes and 9 stumper crews. Btw mine is the badass versalift with the red cover middle row second from the right.;)

    I see your point, however, to get a k boom with comparable reach the outrigger footprint will be 25%+/- bigger. I'm starting to like k booms more but while doing roadside stems I had to short stack the road side so I wasn't into another lane. Huge advantage, I ran the palfinger from the bucket...

    Sure, but unless you're name is Mayer or Marquis, you're not gonna afford anything that can do 160' pin. Point is, in our market being able to get into tight spots close into the tree those machines work well. Did a big oak last week with welltree's 84' unic that NOBODY else's (in our area)...
