I have the bollard set about half way with Yale 11.7 Ivy and it works good for me.
It's a little tight and maybe could use a tiny bit of an adjustment more open.

I did 3-1/2 brummels my last set with the other 1/2 buried through the tail after tapering both.
I pulled my bury out the side of the tail and back spliced the remaining tail with it's end exiting out the opposite side of the initial bury.

I have 2nd my Ultra sling waiting to finish.
I followed Popular Mech's video on YouTube but it came out like crap on my first one.
My original plan was to make two separate Ultra slings with a single ring (thimble) each.
