Unicender, HH2 (Hitch Hiker) or Rope Wrench?

I don't think it would be #1, for the simple fact that the majority of Climbers haven't tried the Akimbo. So, what would be #1 for the masses?

Yea Coal, the Zigzag definitely has a great purpose, but as you said, not midline attachable and a pain for redirecting. But, for straight runs and the occasional jump from point A to point B or C, it's top of the list DdRT gear! I've gotten used to having it hold me in place for the occasional...

The BDB sits really close and compact, I love it. As far as, Saluting Branches colors, they suck! Wouldn't be visible against a lot of trees! No love loss for it! The brighter, the better!

Definitely, one of the finest SRT devices on/off the mainstream market! I'm so glad that @surveyor, hasn't sold his rights for this device. I'm a big believer and user of the BDBone. Great pic A J. You running Puke on yours? I like KernMaster with mine.

Glad to see you are okay [emoji1362]! That could have sucked, big time! Am I seeing this pic correctly? You have an xsre biner attached to the bird slic pin? Is that the one in a million, you're describing? Wow!

I can't say enough great things about @surveyor's designs and detail to perfection! If you've never had one, you're in for a treat! Absolutely, love his work!

Sorry Frank! It's a painful reminder of all of these screen names! As far as the Uni goes, would you be willing to part with it? If not, I truly understand. But, it's always been one of my favorite dual purpose devices out on the market! It's just as impressive as the SAKA when it came to be...

Unicender, HH2 (Hitch Hiker) or Rope Wrench?

The HH2 was a complete headache for me, even with the holster and the fixed pulley for tending. The video of the RW/Zigzag combo looks kinda intriguing, but using 2 devices with unintended roles is just an accident waiting to happen! I'm not sure why you would do something like that, unless...

What condition is your Unicender in AJ?

Unicender, HH2 (Hitch Hiker) or Rope Wrench?

You must be one of those mainstream guys! That gets to try all of the new toys that aren't on the market yet! We're the nobodies, that have to wait for the good stuff to hit the ground running! [emoji12] just giving you a hard time, but now that I know you have been using the Akimbo, how do you...

Don't hold your breath! You won't see the Akimbo until mid-end of 2018! If that soon!

I personally can't stand the HH2, I hated it so much that I gave it away to another member, on here! PITA!!! Too much work before going to work! I gave it a fair amount of time to get accustomed to it and I still didn't have the patience to keep it! @Raven27 got one hell of a great deal that day!

The BDB is extremely reliable and easy to use, under every condition! IMO!

Unicender, HH2 (Hitch Hiker) or Rope Wrench?

Yes, Levi! The Barrel is and has always been a great variable. It made the Unicender a great climbing tool. It made descents a very smooth way down, I was told that it would wear extremely fast compared to the Uni, but after 6 months of everyday use it showed no wear, at all! I have the...

Unicender, HH2 (Hitch Hiker) or Rope Wrench?

I don't want to say it, but you know I will! The RR2 has to be on the market for 9-12 months before the Akimbo is going to be released to the public! That's marketing for ya! They've got to get every penny out of each device! [emoji90]

Unicender, HH2 (Hitch Hiker) or Rope Wrench?

I bought a Uni from @yoyoman and he sold me one of the aluminum barrels made! That was the absolute best tool I ever purchased! Then, the big sale came knocking on my door! I wound up trading it (after I customized/Anodized) the entire rig, with @ cthompson, the best climbing salesman on this...

    Simple but effective.

Sell, I used the totem and the GriGri for a long time, I've even had to use the rock climbing belays, until I purchased the Petzl I'D. It's just making sure that as you grow you upgrade your gear, bit by bit! So, to go from just a climbing rope, all the way to high quality gear. It's all about...

I'll stick with the Petzl I D. For lowering, that way anyone on the crew knows what to do!
