    How big is the box on the chip truck? We have found that that was the limiting factor for a high production crane crew. I have 2 really big chip trucks, both with tarp tops which can be removed in a minute to load wood. Turboprop.com can also be awesome to speed turn around time

    IMO when an employer looks to hire a lead climber they are looking for someone who can bang out work, not just you but the crew as a whole. I think your drive will go a really long way in achieving this goal, try to make your jobsite a fun place to be as you crank out work, day in day out...

    Filter That Fuel!

    I have too many big engines I cant imagine changing oil every 2500. I run synthetic with a bypass filter and change once a year. Oil doesn't loose its lubricity just gets contaminated, filter it down to 3 microns and you can keep on keeping on.....
