Yessir, GF made these. Beef and pork, breadcrumbs, egg, seasonings, the usual. She cooks them in the airfryer which I was initially skeptical of, but they always come out good.
The neat thing about the pizza is that the crust sort of takes on the flavor of a fried dough, that you might get at a fair, yet it eats like a deep dish, despite being rolled out thin. I'm digging it so far.

2nd revision of the skillet pizza. Thinner crust and a little less oil in the pan. Much better. Meatball and pepperoni for toppings.

I like the adjustable bosun strap feature, it adjusts on the fly quickly and easily. If you do any crane work, or cabling, where you'll be hanging on rope in the same spot for a while, it adds a good deal of support and comfort IMO. The adjustable lumbar support is also a nice touch. The...
