Crepes are my favorite, followed closely by Belgian waffles. My standard workday breakfast is an English muffin.

Yessir, GF made these. Beef and pork, breadcrumbs, egg, seasonings, the usual. She cooks them in the airfryer which I was initially skeptical of, but they always come out good.

The neat thing about the pizza is that the crust sort of takes on the flavor of a fried dough, that you might get at a fair, yet it eats like a deep dish, despite being rolled out thin. I'm digging it so far.

Recents: 2nd revision of the skillet pizza. Thinner crust and a little less oil in the pan. Much better. Meatball and pepperoni for toppings. Waffle with blueberry sauce for breakfast today, with a mimosa Shrimp etouffee (creole style)

@GregManning Love me some corned beef and cabbage. My GF doesn't eat it so that pretty much means I don't eat it ... often anyway. Looks great.

Thanks. I think I would be quite disappointed too. At an establishment like that I'd expect a top notch meal.

Tried my hand at a wellington tonight, pork tenderloin instead of beef. Champagne taste and a beer budget LOL. I have a lot to work on with this dish if I try it again. Glazed carrots and green beans on the side.

How hard do you work? (And for how long?)

At my current job during the busy season (april- early Dec)- start time 7, load up and head to jobsite, may get a couple water breaks if it's hot. Lunch around noon (usually- sometimes it's woof down a sandwich in the truck between jobs). End time depends on the day and scope of jobs, usually...

New Tribe Onyx Saddle discussion in light of the newest saddle releases

I like the adjustable bosun strap feature, it adjusts on the fly quickly and easily. If you do any crane work, or cabling, where you'll be hanging on rope in the same spot for a while, it adds a good deal of support and comfort IMO. The adjustable lumbar support is also a nice touch. The...
