    Sharp unit, I dig the black. If it's not too much trouble, could you show a pic of the rake tube? I'd like to add one to mine. Also, could you elaborate on the autofeed? Mine has "Autofeed II" but is missing the fuse.

    Likely, I wouldn't be surprised. My folks eat there a few times/month and are cordial with the owners, I'll see if they can find out the recipe, or if it's a well guarded secret.

    I haven't tried hyperclimb/antidote yet, but I wouldn't think too much of the cover milking you've experienced. I milked 68" off brand new marlow vega 200' between 2 passes and it's been the best double braid I've ever used. Last hank of blue moon I purchased I milked about 48" of cover off.

    Reverse seared ribeye with burnt chili and bone marrow compound butter, topped with baby Bella mushrooms sauteed in butter then simmered in white wine and worcestershire sauce, and sauteed peppers and onions. Not the prettiest presentation but it sure was tasty.
