    I have used a Ditch Witch Zahn R300 with smooth bucket, BMG Grapple, pallet forks and stump grinder. It is a gas engine and I loved it. My old boss had them and they saved a ton of time.     Th The slide buckles are pretty much my only complaint. I tried an Evo on at last year’s Expo and liked how easy it was to unbuckle and get in and out of. Idk if it is 589.00 easy though. For a beginner the S.Light is perfect I think. No bells and whistles you don’t need and comfortable.

    Screw gate Carabiner for rigging Question(s) and rigging concepts!

    Idk about tree work but back in the 90’s when I was starting rock climbing and we used screw gate biners we were trained to screw them finger tight then back off just a bit to avoid the gate jamming shut.
